Chris has shared much of the responsibility for the overall development and achievements of the Ruppert Companies over the past 25 years. His responsibilities with the companies are broad and include: operations management; systems development; quality control; marketing; personnel development; financial management; public and customer relations; and acquisitions and growth.

As President of Ruppert Nurseries, Chris' primary focus is to make sure that the company's vision and values are integrated into its daily operations by working closely with the management team on planning, personnel development and systems control processes.

As CFO, Ken is involved in all strategic financial matters of the combined companies and oversees many of the financial functions such as cash flow management, banking and insurance relations. Additionally, he has a management role in information systems and works closely with the divisions, especially the landscape management division, in developing systems that assist in more efficient management. Ken has been in the landscape industry for over 30 years and with the Ruppert organization for more than a decade. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in landscape architecture from Rutgers University and an MBA from George Mason University.

As director of landscape operations, Bob oversees the commercial landscape contracting segment of Ruppert Nurseries, including leading the sales and estimating, customer relations, purchasing and production management departments. A former Ruppert Landscape Company manager, Bob has been with Ruppert Nurseries since 2000 and in the industry for three decades. He is ultimately responsible for making sure that the landscape division satisfies both customer and employee needs.

As Ruppert Nurseries' director of tree-growing operations, Kelly oversees all growing, transplanting and transporting activities of the 600-acre large-caliper wholesale tree nursery. He is also responsible for personnel management and recruitment, quality control, customer service and sales and marketing.

With Ruppert Companies since the early 1990’s, Bill is the managing member of Ruppert Properties and Ruppert Ventures and is directly responsible for identifying, analyzing and developing the company’s investments and real estate opportunities.

A co-founder of Ruppert Landscape Company, Chris is also the company’s first official retiree. After years of management in both the landscape and tree-growing operations, Chris remains a board member/owner and serves as an advisor to the combined Ruppert Companies.

From the origination of Ruppert Landscape Company in the 1970s to the present day Ruppert Companies, Craig has been responsible for the overall development and success of each company under this umbrella (Ruppert Nurseries, Ruppert Properties and Ruppert Ventures). As the president and chief executive officer, Craig’s responsibilities include financial management, personnel development and strategic planning with an eye on the development of future business opportunities.
